Based in midtown Toronto, I offer psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals in-person and online. I welcome adults of all backgrounds, experiences and life stages. I work with mood and emotional difficulties, anxieties, relationship issues and existential questions.
How it works
A process of exploration & working through.
Therapy unfolds over time. Together we work to try to understand you, your experiences and the way your mind works. By getting in touch with and putting words to your inner world we can find ways to articulate truths you've always known at a deep level but never consciously considered. In this way we create the conditions for you to take greater agency in your life and find new ways of being.

Video consultation
We begin with a 30-minute conversation over Zoom. Here we can start to explore what it is that you'd like to work on and think together about how we can understand your experiences.

Regular sessions
We meet on a regular basis to build a practice of exploration and play. Our goal is to understand your experiences and find ways to shift them according to what's important to you.
03 /
Going on being
You will learn to take our ways of thinking and being with you. Research has shown that patients in long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy continue to improve after the treatment ends.
